I already have two hard disks, the casing can't handle two more. And two HDD's would consume double the power too.

And as regards to your questions, 1Mbps line niso na? Koyekdin pore bujhba keno 2TB lage

Default Re: 2TB HDD available in IDB?

F4 will be 667 GB/platter drives...but i dont see any at the moment...

and the 2TB version is ecogreen version....with 5400 rpm speed....so F4 7200 rpm will be faster than f3....but the 5400rpm one will be slower

also the 320gb one is a single head version....it has data one one side of the plate......so practically it is slower than f3 1tb 103sj...

and right now f3 1tb is the fastest drive except wd black which is a lot noisier...

Default Re: 2TB HDD available in IDB?

samsung 1tb f3 is also noisy.i have a 1tb f3 & 500gb f2. F3 makes more noise than f2, it is normal i think. in day time, it is not noticeable. but, at night, quite audible & annoying. An interesting thing is when i copy large amount of data(around 50gb) from f3 to f2, i get 75mb/s speed.but incase of one drive to another of f3 i get 45 mb/s. Can anyone clear this?
