Default Problem with CPU core temp.

I am having some problem with the cpu core temp of my core 2 duo e7500. It is OCed to 3.667 MHz, with 1.31v from bios. I do video encoding X264/AVC which uses all cores to get higher FPs.

The problem is my usual full load temp was max 72C but after I installed AIDA64 EXTREME and start using my cpu at full load it shows 64C highest, whats the problem, would anyone tell me?

    Before:

    After:

Btw I had my Rig switched off for about 6 hours before I installed AIDA64. After that I got my lowest temp 27!
Is it because of this winter season? the weather temp? If this is so, Then I think I can OC it more

It is probably because of the cold weather. Even yesterday my CPU was 3 degrees higher, now it is idling at 19 C and full IBT load at 50 C. But check BIOS readings to eradicate any software side conflict.

@salmanshah , what Thermal Paste do you use? And do you use any after-market cooler? Your temperatures are quite impressive if on a stock cooler. On my E7300, temperature hits 72C with stock speed even in this cold weather , though I'm using the TIM from a Tt Frio.

I am using a normal air cooler and i don't know which thermal paste the shopkeeper used. Do you think I should again paste some grease on the cpu to get more decrease in temp? Its been more than 1 year I've bought my cpu.

for stock cooler and TIM , temps are seem fine ... but make sure bios reading is same as real temp .... and if u've not any decent brand TIM then i'd say, don't open up the heatsink for nothing since TIM those are available in market are worst than manufacturer TIM and never could lower the temp than this ...

It was shot at noon, but temps were even lower when I posted first post (at morning). IBT loads at 49/50, rendering at 45/46, encoding video 39/40. This is why I love winter! My PC is in my room which is not so cold. If I took it outside, CPU temp would probably had dropped down to 15-16 degrees celcius (or even lower).
