Staying Focused

Now after playing good number of games with Orcs , something I realised that is terribly wrong with my playing is the in-ability to focus in the game for a long time,early game my macro,micro is optimum but later its really bad. And I have lost many matches due to this.Often forgetting a burrow/unit production/red-health units scattered etc .

So any pointers how to keep in-game focus ? like watching the map,macroing,microing and etc? coz tactically my playstyle is okeish..

Well FoCuS has officially switched to SC2

i kind of have the same problem. not just in RTS, but in most games. i can't concentrate on one thing for long. but now i realise quickly when i m not concentrated and spam a little bit or keep looking at all the stats, minimap, units(and everything else in the game) very quickly to get the focus back.
