Its not AGP- its PCI EXPRESS or graphics card or GPU.
XFX and Sapphire are different vendors. They both DO provide Radeon graphics card and I think everyone will say Sapphire is better than XFX.There are some other brands too like Gigabyte and Asus.
If a MoBo has a PCI Express port, any general PCI Express card will fit in it.
It's not about GDDR or something like that.
Gigabyte H55 has PCI-E slot for sure.

I would recommend you to go for Sapphire if you are to choose from these two. But the best thing will be if you wait until Smart brings Gigabyte cards.

Lots of people here have had reliability issues with XFX cards. So if you must choose between XFX and Sapphire, pick the Sapphire one.

I have used XFX 7200 GS,8400GS,8600 GTS extreme edition,9600 GT 1 gb (chinese version),9600 gt 512 mb (bought form USA).Except 9600 gt (bought form USA) all others gave me a lot of pain .I have also used some sapphire cards.Sapphire ones were ok.My preference is it to choose Sapphire over XFX ^ ^,
