Valuetop 400W won't be good. See if you can find a Delta 400/420W PSU. And if you can't, go with a Delux 450W if you can find one. But take Delta as first choice.

    And it's no longer AGP, it's PCI-Express.

Price of Delta won't cross 3.5K, and for Delux, it won't be more than 2.5K, I guess. You can also check out Gigabyte PSUs, but in that case, don't go for Gigabyte Superb.

Oh actually I didn't know the correct prices. Anyway, you can close your eyes and go for the Delta 400W if it is available.

have been using a value-top 400W psu for around 15months ... have not faced a single problem so far ... u can check my rig in the gadget ... there r 6 fans /*1x20cm + 5x12cm*/ in my chassis, btw... i had bought it from globalbrand which coasted me 3k but im afraid if there r genuine value-top psu available in the market at this moment ... about 2-3months ago, some sellers of multiplan said to me, they could manage genuine one if buyer give the surety of purchasing the psu ... i don't see the point of go through such confusing scenario since u can't distinguish the genuine/ fake psu without using them regardless what the sellers say ... as far as i concerned, 5670 doesn't need to be power up from more than 400w psu hence u should better go for delta (will not exceed 3k )or ThermalTake lite power 400w (3.3k) ...but of course, if u leave u're priority on future-proof manners, buy higher wattage ...

I believe the 6850 and 460 require minimum 450Ws of power. But go for 500W at least, that'll leave headroom for OCing the card as well, and trust me if you get the 460, you MUST OC it
