Default Which ISP is best for football games in bangladesh ?

well. wimax is not good for online gaming.
just check ur upload speed generally wimax isp cap the upload speeds.
and the important fact is wireless net has more latency than wired net.

So u better get a wired isp, i think smile bttb bdcom link3 ispros would be much better. [As my smile isp gives the same upload and download speed]
if u take 512kbps from them that might be better than 1mbps wimax.

[anyway this is fifa forum, there is seperate intersection for ISP related queries, and there is a PES forum also in general pc gaming under other football games forum]

What I guess is after connecting from BDIX, BTCL routes all the traffic thru italy to get back in dhaka again < bangladesh.palermo7.pal.seabone.net [195.22.198.154] >

If only routing was that simple, sigh...

BTCL has no peering at BDIX.

Traffic follows this route: Hits seabone at Palermo -> From there gets routed back to India[Instant +200ms latency], from there -> mango-telecom.palermo.pal[n].seabone.net -> From there, to whoever's ISP. They simply refuse to peer with mango or something, as they claim to have tried to initiate the request multiple times.

No, that just shows that they have peering with BDCom who in turn peers at BDIX. Their adsl service uses a gateway without any peering in BDix, you're free to peer in bdix if you buy b/w from them and got your own AS/N, but they themselves don't do it, not for their adsl service anyways.
