May be ur theme is set to CS. I just checked the DOTA theme. Its looking alright i guess. Set ur theme to DOTA.

Now its dota. But diffault CS theme. Thats not good. There should be a diffault theme.

there is quick skin chooser at the bottom of every forum page.

The default skin is the Lustrous or the DEFAULT skin, not CS, UT, DotA, FIFA or anything else, somethings wrong with your cookies, coz that day I deleted all my temp files and cookies, my theme was reset to the default one, then I changed it to the CS one.
