Suggestion on buying 18.5 LED LCD

Tomorrow i am going to buy a 18.5" LED LCD from IDB . My budget is 10K . After searching ryans computers website i found out some LED monitors as follows :

I suggest the philips one.

Btw, 21.5" LCD are available @11.5k +- price range. So Going for LED monitor is a big deal?
I m noob about the LCD LED difference. So can u pls enlighten me

ভাইয়া বাজেট টা আরেকটু বাড়ানো সম্ভব হলে একটা ২১.৫" এলইডি মনিটর কিনে নেন, এখন ১৮.৫" এর পিছনে এতো টাকা খরচ না করে আর একটু বাড়ালেই এইচডি পাবেন।

Ami 20" LCDte resolution beshi chara arto kono lav to dektesina :S.18.5 ledte power consumption kom hobe,heat kom hobe,brightness/contrasat beshi hobe,16:9 aspect ratio supported ja 21.5e thake.Ami thakle 18.5 LED kintam tobe 20 inch Led hole onno kotah hoto!
