Umm, it's a rar file.

This is how you ADD ANY CS/CSS patches, so please everyone listen.

1st you UNRAR it.
Next you get a bunch of folders, you need to see which folder it is and take the FILES (NOTE: NEVER the folders inside), and paste it in your game directory.

Example: For this you unrar. And copy the FILES in the BIN folder, and COPY PASTE them into the BIN folder in your CSTRIKE folder. =].

Do the same for all the others.
