    Short answer, yes.

    Long answer, it depends on whether it gets any worse. If it's stuck at 1 with no signs of any increases, it'll probably be fine.

    But this is seldom ever the case.

    8000 hours is pretty low for a mechanical drive being damaged :\ but just to be safe don't keep very important documents in it, it should still be good enough for music movies and tv serials or similar things.
