Default Suggestion for new PC buying

    Hi everyone!
Thinking about getting a new machine next week. Here's what I've compiled so far
    CPU: Intel 4790K
Cooler: Corsair Hydro H80i (Not sure if it's available here. I've seen CS sells Corsair coolers. Suggest anything else if it's not possible to get this one. Also I'm not a hardcore OCer but it's a K chip so I'll probably kick it up to 4.2 or close while keeping decent temps hence the watercooling)
Mobo: Asus Z97 Pro (Wanted to get the most cheap a** board but apparently Z97-K only has support for crossfire not SLI so had to bite the dust)
GPU: Asus GTX 970 Strix 4GD5
Chassis: Corsair 600T or 550D (Tell me which one to get)
PSU: Here's where I need your help MOST. Can't decide what wattage would be sufficient to deliver enough juice for this system. Btw I'm using Asus MX239H 23" monitor. If I had to go for a ~750W unit can I get Corsair AX760 or HX750 here in Dhaka?

Oh and I already have Memory, SSD and HDD if you are wondering. So let me know what you guys think. I'll try to get everything on Thursday so that I can build during the weekend. Cheers!

Will maintain the same price segment like intel has been doing for past 5 years or so.

Thanks for the input guys. I did some searching and think I'll stick to 4790K. It will be both my workstation and gaming machine so 4790K is plenty. Can you guys confirm anything about the PSU and Corsair Hydro H80i?
