Personally, I prefer dodging/wall jumping like hell and using the LG...what can I say? I am a huge ¤¤¤¤¤¤ for the LG, and judging from your post in the other thread you should be able to do it too. But if my opponent dodges like hell as well, I take out the flak and start hitting flak grenades (alt fire): for starters, aim near the feet; it's a basic splash damage rule for all FPS games. If you are good at executing combos while dodging/moving, then that is your best bet. Just dodge jump back, keep hitting the shock core, and when you feel the instinct, trigger the combo for the kill. Of course, good Minigunners will probably take you out quickly, so it's wise to fall back (using the Shield Gun), stock up on vials/shields and engage when you have the upper hand.

In the current environment, the veterans will rarely confront you. Don't give them the impression that you are weak - they will just mercilessly hunt you down if they think you are an easy prey. Try using corners/pillars to your advantage. Sneak attack (it's nothing to be ashamed of; it just shows your mastery over the map) with LG and shock, and then instead of charging for the kill, just go to the nearest health packs. Your best bet is that they will be heading there - if they do, then ambush them for the kill. Rinse and repeat. This strategy works well even with really good gamers. Harass them. Aggression isn't always the answer. Sometimes toying with them is highly entertaining.

    You are welcome, .

And in my own experience (watching demos of Lauke or GitzZz, or facing against horrors like MainMan or Walking Death), it's best to use a strage/dodge combo. Vary your movement, so that your opponent will have a hard time predicting your destination. For hitscan battles, avoid dodge jumping: this has a floaty effect that makes you easier to aim at. You will probably be fried before you can land. Strafe left and right like mad. It will take some getting used to, but practise it and you will be rewarded. For covering distances, ALWAYS dodge jump/ wall dodge jump to your destination.

for close combat, simpy dodging is better then dodge jump.
