Default sudden fps drop in all games

if in the wrong catagory sorry for that....guys i have the problem as you can see from the title sudden fps drops..like any games(except for skyrim, max payne 3) shadow of mordor,GTA V,ac unity, bf4 etc... not frequently but once in a while i always cap out fps at 60 suddenly the fps drops to 40 or 30 sometimes due to this screen freeze comes for a few moment and it becomes unplayable and shoots to 60 again or takes time.(under load cpu core temp 67-70c and gpu temp vaies but never goes above 70c)
    what i tried:
    clean installation of windows
    updating latest drivers
check for malware by malwarebytes in safe mode.....(didnt find any malware)
    my rig:
    core i5 4570 3.2ghz
    ga h81m-s2pv
    msi gtx 970 4g
    haf 912 casing
    tt smart se 630w
    1tb wd green power

Though the temps look fine but still please check whether the cpu or gpu is throttling or not and also their stability. And try testing your ram and psu in another computer. They might get faulty and make the system unstable too.

you might wanna update your drivers...

throttling means, temp rising too high... check you component temp with H/W Info....

Pagefile ON rakhle 8GB ram is more than adequate. But i prefer to set pagefile Off, because amar in-game stuttering akdom pochondo na. That's why i need plenty of ram.

@anwar just play a game setting the pagefile OFF. You will be surprised to see the result.
