COL, Link3 and Smile all three have their head office at Agrabad and you can't find any ISP? You should just visit their office and ask the details directly.

My package is 1.5 Mbps 1200tk (1380 with VAT) one. BDIX was always there, but first it was capped to 1 Mbps (then the 1200tk package was also max 1Mbps). Then the package speed increased to 1.5 Mbps, and the BDIX to 4 Mbps. Then they changed the 1.5 Mbps into "minimum speed" and capped the local router bandwidth to 3 Mbps. So now I get 3Mbps BDIX always, and also most of the time 3Mbps international bandwidth.

I used to use COL while I was in CTG.... Chittagong online is not connected to BDIX. But they do provide 2.5x Speed at from 11 PM to 6 AM...
There used to be a 1k package for 512-768kbps (cant remember exact BW, as I used it 2-3 years back)

But the connection charge is pretty high, based on your location they might charge 3 to 10k for connection setup.
