B85 is a pretty good board and if u really want to overclock get a better Z97.

16GB RAM is overkill if u are planning on just gaming and normal usage but if you want to future-proof and plan on doing content creation type things its better to get 16GB.

maybe a 600W or a 650W, always get the one with higher continuous power and single 12V Rail.

good luck with your first shopping for a computer.

If you are gonna do video editing, go for an i7 (even if it's second hand) , those extra threads really works.

and For Video editing 16GB of RAM is normal, it's not overkill. Hell, Um going to go for X99 just to RAM increase.
For 80K, you should be able to get 280x . instead of 280.
PSU- coooler master VSM series. ANd TT toughpower or Smart. Right now, they are good ones in BD. I'll leave the Wattage to you (You're going to OC the GPU or not etc)

RAM- brand doesn't matter. Get a RAM with decent frequency and Latency.

HDD- Seagate one. (Price per performance is greater than WD. Or u can spend a few bucks more for a good WD)
Casing- Get to Chinese case, they will be greater value than any brand one, at the price u want to spend. (No suggestion from me)

If I were in ur shoes, I would omit the DVD-WR. If it's necessary, I would buy the cheapest one in the market as the Budget is low. I would spend extra bucks on GPU or other component. U can go for Lite-on ones. I've heard good things. Again I never used one, so don't know.

for video editing stuffs more threads will give u an edge so keep that in mind too.
you can check the asus vanguard B85 or gigabyte sniper B5 or something, good boards too.

Smart 630 is a pretty good psu, my brother is using one with his 670 for the last couple of years, no problem what so ever although i prefer single rail psu. anyway tough is better than smart btw.

and For Video editing 16GB of RAM is normal, it's not overkill.

Again I never used one, so don't know.
    how will i be able to get 280x + 16 gb ram in 80 k , monitor is 8.2 k so that leaves me 72.8 k

then how bout cm v 550 wt ?

U can't get 280X and 16GB RAM on that budget, sorry.

CM V550 is an excellent PSU. Um using one. So I knw. ( It will cover 280x if u dnt Cf or OC ) . IF u OC it look for better wattage (around 650 at least, 750 if u can)

That monitor cost 7.6K highest. ( Prices in online sites are higher, U can bargain at the shop. specially if you buy more than one stuff)

1TB HDD cost 4.2-5.5K depending which one u buy. Seagate one cost around 4.5K (Again online store prices are higher)
(Ex: my mobo cost me 17.5K but was listed 20K on global , get it? )

A non-heatsink RAM 8GB cost 5.5K (G.Skill one) Others should cost even less (non-heatsink ones)

Perhaps if u go for 8GB RAM and ditch the DVD-WR (U can get both later) , U will get 280X, Ur budget falls short around 1.5K (That's ur DVD-WR ).
