Ahhhhhhhhhhhh...Actually,I know a very little about bottlenecking .So ,I am not sure how effectively the gpu run on your system. But there are many members in this forum who can give you effective suggestions. And if your budget is about 70000 tk,you have to buy GTX 970 bcoz only the 980 will cost around 60k if you buy from Bangladesh. Then you have to buy a better power supply which may cost more than 9k........Then buying casing,HDD,SDD will exceed your budget for sure....

i was researching about both amd and geforce cards for couple of months...it was too much overwhelming for me..amd users thrashing geforce and vice versa.then heard in performance by price gtx 970 is the best...but as usual thrashing was being continued....i had my first card two years ago hd radeon 6670....i wrote gtx specifically so that someone neutral would give me some pros and cons about it.

If you buy the 970 from abroad..then the price-to-performance ratio is fine..
but in BD its a different scenario....you can get a 290 at 29.5k BDT whereas a 970 is about minimum 5k more than a 270.
AND 970 has a 3.5gb VRAM...although its runs game super smooth at 1080p..but I guess, not future-proof as games are starting to utilize hefty amount of VRAMs.
    Now the choice is yours.
