Too much packet loss and occasional disconnections. I really had a bad experience with them

Yes, through a reseller, not direct connection. But I guess after all the complains the reseller (KC-Network) got from their customers including me, they have changed their host or main isp. Now, they are providing connection of ICC instead of Delta. This new connection is quite stable but poor bdix speed

I think they provides home user connections too.

The address and phone number given there matched with the website so I guess its legit.

And I don't know about their direct connection but every LSP who takes bandwidth from them has packet loss issue.

Do they provide connections to home users? I live opposite Bashundhara City in Panthapath.

Yes they do provide connections to home users. I have been using their connection for the past 14 months and because I don't play games online, I don't have any complain other than the fact they charge more per MB than Dot does.

I'm willing to pay a little extra if the service is good. Thank you for the info Now if someone could just give me a review on their online gaming I'd be cleared of all doubts.
