because it's last gen and restocking it is pointless since most users will buy a newer gen CPU. Not that the performance difference is huge.

we'll find 3770. In OEM package. (Shops keeps them to upgrade CPU for their built for customers).
The branded 3rd gen cpu. won't be restock as people buying new PC usually buys everything new from one shop, and 4th gen and 5th gen mobo are what everyone buying right now.

For your OEM 3770. (OEM doesn't mean it's used, it's still new). You will find them in PC repair shops. Resellers and Distributor won't sell you OEM packages even if they have (They are used for warranty coverage).

No idea about the price. but i7 processor won't go below 22K (new), not even the 2nd gen one.

I just told you how to get you new 3770. But I'm not recommending you to buy a new one as I have no experience with OEM packages.

    Kivabe explain kori !!!!

Sob product manufacturing company er nam e sell kora hoy. Product sell kore reseller (Re-sell kore) / Distributor (Country wise) etc etc. This is retail product (amra jeta kini)

Now ekta company er product onno company use/ sell korle that OEM. Say ASUS is selling a Dell product. (That product box won't have ASUS or Dell written)
    - Now you will have ASUS warranty.

In our country people buy brand desktop and laptops. THis product is sold by say HP, ASUS, Dell (brand PC). Now they always come with extra part (for 100 desktop system 110-120 CPU) , in case of product damage. Mone hoi ektu beshii bolsi eto beshi may be ase na.

This products are OEM in our country. It's still a Intel CPU and INtel will recognize it (as they sold it to HP or asus).
Problem is, Intel distributor in BD may or may not recognize it.

If you buy a brand HP desktop. the CPU inside is a OEM product.

The shop your buying from should provide you warranty. In abroad OEM products are really popular as often people can buy out of stock product.

There are a lot of shops in Multiplan and IDB (jara desktop banay dei & jara brand PC bikri kore) - you will find OEM . BUt warranty tomake oi shop e nite hobe.
Onno kono shop support dibe na. (That's why global, Smart, CSL sells their OEM products to PC repair shops or keeps them).

But shop you buy from should support you.
