Default yet another ISP suggestion Uttara

I, one of the last few home users who had faith in Link3, finally decided to ditch it after the migration to 'state of the art' system today. can't even browse banglagamer or stackoverflow. (i am using hotspot sheild to browse bg at this moment). they even took my public ip . actually i cant browse any sites other than popular sites like fb,google, yahoo, msn etc.

    now on to the topic-

what's the best isp in uttara sector 11?

my priorities are uninterrupted connectivity for gaming (which i missed in link3 for months ), no packet loss, public ip, high bdix speed, good customer service etc.

dont recommend me ks network or mazedabd.

i am currently looking at Dhakacom and dot, it seems Dhakacom does not have a office in uttara .
on the other hand office of dot internet is in sector 11.
does uttara dot internet provide much better service than their service in the rest of the dhaka?

Good decision to stay away from mazeda. Personal experience do not take mazeda in uttara.

dhakacom recommends me a local ips named zakia net as they wont give home connection in s11, but i decided to take dot internet from next month.

dot said will give real ip in 1500tk package. their connection fee in uttara is 1500tk. but the thing is they wont give 4mbps in 1500tk package 24/7. they will give 2mbps 7pm to 1am, it will double up the rest of the day, kinda day double package. they will give optical fiber to my home like link3.

Actually, what in the earth are the ISPs doing? Smile has started giving me this same problem. Sometimes it takes 1-2 minutes before any website starts to load, sometimes it doesn't even load unless I press Ctrl + F5. I have to browse everything with VPN now.
