Lightbulb Need suggestion for buying GPU+PSU

I am gonna buy a PCI express card soon ,INSALLAH,But can't decide anything moreover I am a noob at this.
So, I'm gonna need you suggestion.
You are the experts, my budget's gonna be like 12-13k.
Suggest me a good GPU and PSU.
P.S. I'm not really a big fan of nVidia and 4 series Sapphire card and Delux PSU would be preferable.

At first, I'm not suggesting any 4 series Sapphire card.
You can get a Gigabyte HD5770 for around 11.5K and a 450W PSU. I don't know the current price of the PSU but I think it will fit in 13K.

No problem bro, actually getting any 4 series GPU won't be good ATM, 5770 supports DirectX 11.

I don't know whether the Delux PSUs are good, but if they are actual 450W, handling a 5770 won't be a problem I guess. Yea, getting a good PSU would be safer I definitely agree.

@Frank3st3in, try raising your budget by 2-3K, you won't regret later on.

OT: @Mohiuddin bhaiya, why is your post rate so much? 17.90! Wow!

GTS 250 is equivalent to 9800GTX+ and can never be close to HD5770... so I guess it can't be another option.

If HD5770 is available for 11.5K, getting that and a Delux 450W PSU for 1.5K would be enough.

Avoid both 5750 & GTS 250.Go for 5770 which is much more better than those ones in performance. It's one of the best mid-range card in 5 series. If I were you,i would have gone for ATI 5770 even if I had to wait.

So, I'm gonna need you suggestion.
You are the experts, my budget's gonna be like 12-13k.
Suggest me a good GPU and PSU.
P.S. I'm not really a big fan of nVidia and 4 series Sapphire card and Delux PSU would be preferable.
if u can raise ur budget abit then go 4 5770 of course.but with lower budget don't finish with 5770+bad-psu.
