DC power (the kind of power delivered by your PSU) is calculated using the following formula

Power (Watts) = Voltage (Volts) X Current (Amperes)

So e.g. for a 5V rail supplying 2A the power delivered would be 5X2=10W

While getting a PSU the most important parameter is how many Amps it can deliver on the +12V rail. The combined current on the 12V rails should be at least 30A in order to power the modern power hungry graphics cards.

The benchmark will only show total system consumption, it will not mention the amperage on the volt rails, which is the vital parameter.

Deluxe is not really a good PSU brand. Try to get a Delta 500W PSU, they have the best bang for buck. If you can't, a Thermaltake TR2 will also suffice.
