    Question Any good ISPs in Sylhet?

    Hello everyone. How's it going? I'm looking for a good ISP to switch to in Sylhet for a long time but I just can't find anything that isn't ripping me off. I'm currently using the 512Kbps package of Banglalion (they provide 1Mbps downloads now) but it's just not enough. Especially since the upload speed is abysmal and the FUP is around 30 gigs which makes the matter even worse..

    I'm looking for an ISP with a minimum of 1.5Mbps download AND upload at a fair price. But I don't wanna spend something like 5,000tk/month lol. Anything between 1,000 to 2,500 is okay.

    Thanks for reading! Hope you can help

    Bro,you can take Link3. They have some package in your mentioned price-range. Speed is fair enough than Banglalion . And , AFAIK there is no ISP in sylhet is BDIX connected except link3(but the speed is far lower than the local ISP's of Dhaka ).

    Ah OK. Thanks for your input
    Can you or someone else explain to me what exactly BDIX is and how end users benefit from it? As far as I know it's some sort of file sharing service in Bangladesh that gives people more than their usual speeds..?

    I know a very little about BDIX. But I can give some info.BDIX is union of the ISP's .BDIX connected ISP's are mayb physically connected to each other. So ,when you are downloading from BDIX connected site you will get a better dl speed.
    LINK3 in Sylhet is providing 300+ KBps dl speed from BDIX connected site where it is 128+ KBps for international dl{For 1 mbps connection..costs 1400 Tk monthly}

    I am trying to get a link3 connection as well. I am not sure if I have to buy my own router as they don't mention any router in the connection price? Does anyone know if the price includes router?
