[Advice] Buying a new PS3

i m totally noob about consoles. help me!!

* which shop to buy from? (i prefer shops with good behavior)
* with what HDD capacity?
* which 2 games i should buy with console?
* is there any IMBA 2-player game for which i should buy another gamepad?
* is it necessary to buy a HDMI cable? ( my monitor is AOC F22 )
* any other things i should know?

I think you should get a HDMI supported monitor to enjoy the graphics fully instead of buying 2 games as Shuvin has said...

and if you really want to get 2 new games, Uncharted 2 and God of War 3. You may consider MGS4 too

I really don't have much idea(s) about them, for sure.. :S
But, I placed HR in the first place, bcoz I think, (I THINK,.. and, my thinkings are not always comes true) it's a must-play.. and there's no other game of that kind.... :S

Anyway, I posted what I think... and, what I'll play first... :S
And, choices will vary from person to person.
Another thing is -- I KNOW that OoAIDoO vai WILL try GOW3 for sure.. as all suggested that, so I thought... maybe, it's not a bad idea to suggest those other games, which others didn't.

No offense to anyway btw.

Btw, don't buy/DL ModNation Racers... :/
Sonic & Sega: Allstars Racing (PC) is way better, it surely beaten Mario Cart, which is the daddy/king or whatever...
And, I must say that it's (Sonic & Sega) one of the most innovative racing game of all time after playing it.... thanks to Badhon btw..
