I'd have considered Banglalion (with static IP, only 500tk. per year) anyway, if there were unlimited traffic.
Practically, 512Kbps package's upload speed is avg. 12~15KB/s, download avg. 62KB/s, and static IP solves some problems.

However, as I don't game online, and I love wireless, that'z why Banglalion would be enough (for the money, or atleast in Ctg), if they have withdrawn the crap usage policy. But, one thing... u need Indoor Device to enjoy static IP, USB dongles won't work.

And, Banglalion applied fair usage policy, bcoz people used to download such amount, which was too much for them. But, that didn't happen to Qubee, as their number of users are way lower than Banglalion. But, Banglalion is better and they'll withdraw it soon, I think (I misunderstood this fact earlier).

No, it didn't happen to Qubee because they have more than enough bandwidth. While doing the same would degrade Bl's network. You know, Qubee = Foreign cash, lol. Aka unlimited budget.

Yes, that's what I'm saying, bcoz Banglalion's investment is way higher than Qubee's.
Banglalion's network spreaded in all the major districts, where Qubee only Dhaka te ase.

But, I agree that BL er Dhaka te customer care service crap. That'z why Ctg te BL er sell Dhaka er cheye onek beshi... ar age ami 256Kbps e torrent e avg. 22KB/s paitam... ekhon avg. pai 30KB/s.... soon dhaka'r moto 32KB/s hoye jaabe (as Ctg te still 100% network hoi nai)....
