I have been using my xone controller for almost more than 4months now and I literally play all games with my controller (yes, even the fps ones, i despise k&m), haven't faced a single problem yet...

and yes it's absolutely worth the extra bucks...

xbox controller is natively supported. Just plug and play.

And honestly speaking, for me, xbox controllers always felt better in the hands.

for me, I always found the xbox layout to have the best ergonomics, and comparing to the 360 controller, the x1 controllers' trigger button beats them all, not to mention the awesome d-pad... I never feel comfortable with the dualshock layout of controllers...

don't know about the compatibility, but i can say that ps4 controller is really good, i used it to play fifa 14 and it felt great in my hand. i used to use ps2 controller previously and from that experience i can say that only problem with the ps layout is that you will fell pain in your left thumb if you continuously use it for quit a few hour. but can't certainly say it for ps4 cause didn't get the chance to use that long.

Ok guys looks like the xbox one controller has some deadzone issues which would bother me greatly :S

So I have decided to get the ds4 controller after doing quite some research. Thanks for your feedback.

Probably this was a production issue last year. I dont think any latest xbox one controllers have this issue. At least mine doesnt and I play with it every single day .......

after reasearching, it seems this is common with the day one editions.

man i have used xbox 360 controllers for like eternity and never faced any issue. Again I think your particular product was faulty. It is not a general issue.

I've been using the controller for 6 months. I didn't say this happened right from the beginning .. So, this can happen to you anytime .. or maybe never.. The Product wasnt faulty from the start.
