Okay, when we play CSS the freezetime is 3 secs, now the CSS League which is being started is suppose to follow all international and official rules, so let's have a poll for the freezetime. xD

Yes, that is true, but we are trying to follow the OFFICIAL rules, and it's 15 seconds, coz I guess they make the plans and stuff, I would like 10 secs myself. =P. or 5. =].

I'd actually suggest 3 seconds which makes a lot of difference within the gameplay as well when some get to finish buying their equipment earlier than others and a lot of things change because of that, and that's where the fun lies.
