What should i do to play Counter Strike 1.6 steam?Please someone clarify it thoroughly.Do i need to buy and pay for it?Also where can i find torrents of steaminstall_cs.exe?(I m searching torrents coz other downloads doesn't support resume and it stops when the electricity is gone.)

Ya to play on Steam servers you need to get the game on Steam, in other words, buy it. Whats wrong with non-steam?
