    Default Mouse Settings

i recently got my Razer Death Adder
so, was wondering what kinda settings would others have
honestly, i'm feeling a bit uncomfortable
can't get to a perfect config for my style
or is it the because i don't have good pad?
so, help me by suggesting a good config for FPS games
and also discuss about your settings for different genres of games
    u have for ur mouse
    thanx in advance

    well, these are my settings:

    Driver Version: 3.0.1
    Firmware Version: 2.41
    DPI: 1800
    Polling Rate: 1000Hz
    Counter Strike: Source(in-game sensitivity): 0.88-0.9

I believe CS is the most popular FPS game out there The one thing I regret about the Adder is the lack of 800DPI ;''(

Any FPS specifically? If you don't play competitively then just set a DPI around 1200. I personally use 1800 DPi, but that doesn't work very well outside of CSS and needs tweaking around with in-game sensitivity.

I'm comfortable with this setting and it works everywhere for me. Desltop, in game, in game menus etc. I once tried it at 5600DPI for CSS only, but that made scrolling the buy menu impossible as the in-game sensitivity did not work in the menu.

Right now I use sensitivity 1, and 1800 DPI in CSS. Which game are you talking about specifically?

nah, I'm using the 3500DPI one!
I guess you both use similar settings, both me & aayman bhaiya; that is: 1800DPI & 0.9-1 sensitivity (in-game)

when ever I switch to something different like 900 or 450DPI, my gameplay gets messed up & so is my sensitivity ;(

mainly, CSS and FPS games in general
but that's useless now cause i have to
    configure each games' sensitivity individually
