Default Buy Products from Ebay, Amazon, Overclockers UK and other sites!

We are currently offering our services for purchasing products from ebay, amazon, play.com, overclockers uk, and numerous sites from UK. Please visit our site for more details http://store.monoliths.net and our facebook page https://www.facebook.com/mlspurchase?ref=hl

We have offices in both Dhaka and London and offer competitive pricing on purchases and shipping. You can pay at our local office in Bangladeshi Taka. We work on a service charge based system, i.e. we charge upto 30 percent. Example, for a £100 product we will charge £30, total= £130. For £50 we will charge £15, total=£65, and so on.

Shipping will be done by Royal Mail where applicable and their standard rates will apply. For a typical item weighing at 1KG it generally comes out to about £20 without insurance.

If the ordered comes with a warranty and should the need arise we will claim it on behalf of our clients provided they pay for the shipping costs(depends on the product).

The site is undergoing some maintenance changes. We work on a service charge based system, i.e. we charge 30 percent. Example, for a £100 product we will charge £30, total= £130. For £50 we will charge £15, total=£65, and so on.

Shipping will be done by Royal Mail where applicable and their standard rates will apply. For a typical graphics card it generally comes out to about £25-£30.

Newegg doesn't ship all of its products to the UK. But it is available in Amazon UK and Overclockers UK site

    http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showpr...odid=GX-259-MS

    http://www.amazon.co.uk/MSI-GTX-970-...+256-Bit+GDDR5

For Overclockers UK the price comes to £339.19, for Amazon it comes to £358.37 with today's pound to taka rate, Overclockers comes to Tk. 41,516.62 and Amazon comes to about Tk. 43,864.24 only; plus Royal Mails shipping rate of £25-30

How is your service different when a product actually costs pretty much the same[or more with shipping?] as other import services?

I am actually asking, not being condescending.

Thank you for asking. If you cross check I am sure you will find that we are asking a very moderate amount of fee for our service, plus we are not adding any extra charges for shipping. On top of that if the product comes with a warranty, we will be more than happy to claim it on behalf of our clients provided they pay for the shipping costs(depends on the product).

That's great! Please mention this and the rate in your original post so that it's all seen at once.

Another thing you can do is honor rebates but by securing yourself first. You collect the full amount from the client, show proof that you applied for the rebate and then when you get it back, you refund the client as well (using the rate that he conversion originally paid in).

Not really, UK prices are inclusive of tax and VAT, there is no extra EU tax. In case of US it varies from one state to another, some have sales taxes others don't. The problem with USA purchase lies in the shipping costs, insured packages cost a lot.

We charge 30 percent. Therefore, for a £700 card our service charge comes out to (700x0.3)=£210, Card cost+charge=£700+£210=££910. As for shipping insured ones come to about £115, uninsured about £40

Please do consider shipping items from the US. Some really sweet deals are thrown at times.

That's what I was talking about. I always see tech forum members from EU bitching about hardware and energy price. Don't care about the others but oc.uk has some serious enthusiast member base who create custom products like GPU bracket for close-loop water coolers e.g. Corsair H100 etc. Might look into that.

In UK the prices include all taxes and VAT and mentioned as a sum total, whereas in USA, sales taxes are added to the price after you go into the checkout section, so eventaully the prices end up being more or less similar to their UK counterparts.

If the product does come with a wararnty we are willing to claim it on our client's behalf. We charge upto 30 percent for a purchase, which is quite reasonable considering the fact we do not add extra charges to the shipping costs and provide warranty where it's applicable.

Most of them charge an average of 150 per £ plus extras for shipping. We on the other hand charge at the standard rate of exchange on the day of purchase. We go through proper courier channels and pay the proper taxes to the local goverment, on top of that we provide warranty if the product has one. If take all of these facts into account, I am sure you will find our charges reasonable.

We are willing to offer bring in products from the USA if the site of origin ships it internationally. But when it comes to warranty we are at the mercy of the retailer since we do not have a regional office there.
