Thread: GPU upgrade

  1. #1

    Question GPU upgrade

Recently i moved from 17 inch CRT monitor to 21.5 Dell monitor
    model: dell S2240L (1920x1080)

    Pc Config:
    intel core i3 - 550
    4 (2x2) GB ram
    1 GB HDD
Deluxe Case included with 450W PSU
    **** Sapphire R7 240 1GB GDDR5 (my current gpu)

Now i am planning to buy a Gigabyte GTX 750Ti (new)
My Budget is 15K. Thats far i can go.

    1. Is it compatible enough to play BF4,Bioshock Infinite,Metro Last Light,StarCraft with Ultra Settings & get at least 30fps on my new monitor?????
    2. Is my PSU enough for GTX750Ti requirements????

When will these kids understand that it is a harsh world and ULTRA settings are for those enthusiast gamers who shell out more money to by a single GPU than an average user does to buy an entire system.

You will be fine on high settings and still hit 40-50fps. See digital foundry video here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xUjNIMhelyoI wouldnt recommend using that psu though.
