It's a warning for a possible bad sector. You should first format the HDD and then Fill it up to 100% capacity to check if it is really a bad sector or just a byproduct of unsafe power down. Better if you use HDTune's Zero fill erase option, ofc after backing up all your data.

If the sector is really bad the Reallocated sector count will increase and the pending sector will be zero again. Even in that case the HDD would probably be OK if the count doesn't increase over time. And if the HDD is really dying, both will keep going up along with reallocation event count with usage.

CHKDSK /r can also help to clear or relocate that pending sector. Try it.

First of all you don't need to back up your data to run check disk. BTW have you ever run check disk on your hard disk ever? Do you even know how to maintain a disk properly?

Please run the check disk utility from command prompt with r parameter. If you are using windows 7 or earlier just press the start button, search for "cmd" without quotes, right click on cmd.exe, run as administrator, then type "k:" without quotes, then type "chkdsk /r" without quotes, and wait for a couple of hours to for it to complete. Hopefully your bad sectors will be identified and further corruption of you data will stop
