I dont know much about programming but in terms of games your GPU will become the bottleneck of your PC.

@abusayed1234 Please answer the following 5 question sets so that I can suggest you the most optimal system buy using an algorithm I have devised for such purpose by years of experience.

Question set 0 - How much do you want to spend? Are you tight within a budget? Or money is not an object for you and you want the best performance and you are willing to pay any premium necessary? Or do you want the best price to performance ratio?

Question set 1 - What is the primary purpose of your system? Is it for leisure and entertainment? Or is it for learning, doing home work and research? Or is it for your work, bread earning? You said you want to do everything, how deeply? Are you going to play Hardcore games? Are you going to Render Professional Videos? Are you going to design 2D or 3D graphics? Are you going to make animations 2D or 3D? What type of programs do you write, serial or parallel? What type of calculations do you mostly need to do, integer or FP?

Question set 2 - What other devices are you going to reuse from your old system? What monitor(s) is/are you going to use?

Question set 3 - Do you plan to overclock your CPU or GPU?

Question set 4 - How old are you? How much experience do you have with computers? You said you want a powerful PC, yet you choose the least powerful GPU? Why?

Why do u keep choosing a mammoth CPU and a puny GPU? If you really wanna play hardcore games you have to buy GTX970 atleast if not GTX980 to go along with i7. You do not need an i7 to do all of these stuffs. You haven't said how well versed you are using these software. If you are not then you are just wasting your money on an i7. But if you really want to build a system around i7 You have to increase your budget by a couple of hundred quids . A powerful CPU need other powerful component to reach its potential.

    What about i7 4790k+gtx760?
Bro apnar kono kaj ei i7 must na. Whats more, Premiere requires better GPU over processor. i5 4690k+GTX 970 would be best for your work.

He asked for the cheapest so I told him the cheapest option. What software work is a big no no? 3D design, rendering. or compute? Nvidia's cuda cores comes in handy in many programming and calculations. But isnt AMD better when it comes to direct compute?
