Default Need suggestions buying a PC for a friend

A friend of mine is planning to buy a PC with a budget of 50k (BDT). He's not a gamer but would like to play some games from time to time (not necessarily at the highest detail). Primary concern is watching movies (blu-ray FYI) and the usual net browsing etc.

Since most of you guys have much better knowledge of current price levels I'd like your suggestions. The list should include a decent 5.1 speaker system but not a monitor as he already has one.

    Thanks in advance.

    i'm sorry.

i just couldn't see the point to buy a pc with 50gs and don't game!
and it follows with your rig under it so i really think you are making fun.
    sorry anyway.

if you don't need to buy a monitor then you should go for
    i5-750+asus p55 usb3
    adata ddr3 2gb X2
    wd caviar black 1tb

for speakers check speed technology in bcs computer city they brought some altec lansing this month.
and then a ati 4670 or nvidia 9600 gpu.(i think this should be enough)

and if your friend don't have a hd monitor then go for i3 and then a 22" hd.

    and sorry again!
