I absolutely agree with @Taher furious pairing i5 with R7 260X is utterly stupid (if not an straight out abomination), unless the system is for doing calculations calculations.

Since I am not close to the ViewSonic brand, at first even I thought it won't be a good choice. But after learning that its an IPS not TN, and with response time at 4ms fastest, I think it might be a very good choice, because I don't know of any other IPS monitors at this price range

I suggestion would look like this

    1) Processor -
    Intel Core i3 4150 -9.2k
    2) GPU - R7 270 - 16.5k
    3) mobo - Gigabyte GA-B85M-D3H - 7.5k
    4) PSU - Thermaltake SE 530 - 5.2k
    5) HDD - WD 1 TB - 4.7k
    6) Monitor - ViewSonic VX2270S 21.5 - 12k
    7) RAM - Team 8 GB DDR3 - 6.5k
    8) Casing - Thermaltake Versa II - 3.8k

    Total: 65.4K

AMD is no a good choice to here in BD because they only reason to buy amd AMD is because of its cheaper price and in BD they are overpriced. Therefore losing the only advantage they have.

    i3 4150 is $120. FX6300 is $110. FX6300 worth considering.
    i3 4150 is TK9200. FX6300 is TK11000 (even at TK10000). FX6300 no longer worth considering

Since not that a gamer, I'd just like to input about the monitor. I'd suggest Dell S2240L or Asus VX229H. And since not that a gamer, i'd suggest buying a laptop instead.

    - - - Updated - - -

@shawon0418 's setup, excluding the monitor ofc.

How horrible is it? After using mine for 4 years I feel a little loss in brightness and buttons have went crazy, i dare not touch them, cuz now they have a mind of there own. So changing settings in a big pain in the arse. Otherwise I have faced no issues

Asus VX229H is very good no doubt but its also costs 3.5K more, which exceeds the budget provided

Asus VX229H is very good no doubt but its also costs 3.5K more, which exceeds the budget provided
I don't feel comfortable at all on any presets and the Asus one has much richer color quality and I felt great gaming on it.

@shawon0418 's setup, excluding the monitor ofc.
Dell's one is too reflective, Asus one is the best 22" available, but its hard to maintain in budget.

    i3 4150 is TK9200. FX6300 is TK11000 (even at TK10000). FX6300 no longer worth considering
    Why ? i3 4150 faster than fx6300?

Single thread speed of i3 is much faster than fx-6300 which makes it better for gaming.

Here u are partially wrong. If he is a typical wow, starcraft, fifa gamer then u are right. But , for newer games , threaded performance is getting more and more important. Just look at the recent games, crysis3 ,BF4, Watchdogs.

Thats why I suggested i5 cause newer games started using multiple threads. But between i3 and fx-6300, i3 is better choice because otherwise he have to deficit performance in single-threaded games.

no, i3 is bad choice with a discrete graphics card as almost all recent and upcoming games would be multithreaded and it that sector fx6300 is far better with similar price tag.
