    Cool My Gaming Rig

After months of waiting I finally got my Core i7 build that I had planned all around. It took tons of..."minutes" of thinking and a lot of idea clashes to finally get me a system up and running. Many of you would have insisted me a Core i5 build with descent RAM and HDD capacity. But the problem is that I am a very arrogant person and do not seem to change my targets. Anyways, without much ado let me introduce you to my system:

    1. 2.8Ghz. Intel Core i7 930 LGA1366 Bloomfield CPU with 8MB L3 Cache and 4.8GT/s QPI @ 22000
    2. 3x2GB Team Elite DDR3 1333 BUS Performance RAM @ 3x3800=11400
    3. Gigabyte GA-X58A-UD3R with 4 PCI-Express slots for Tri-SLI/Crossfire support @ 20000
    4. Space 703 Casing @ 2500

    Total: 55900

These are the only new items for now. The rest of the system includes:

    1. Samsung T220 (full 22") LCD monitor with 2ms refresh and 20000:1 contrast ratio
    2. Samsung 160GB SATA II HDD
    3. Thermaltake LitePower 400W
    4. XFX Nvidia 8600GT 256MB
    5. Lite-On 16X DVD-ROM
    6. ASUS 22X LiteScribe DVD-RW

The items that I could not add as yet due to lack of availability and will add pretty soon:

    1. Nvidia GTX470 or ATI 5870
    2. WD Caviar Black 1.5TB or an Intel SSD or a Kingston SSD
    3. Antec 650W or Thermaltake Toughpower 650W
    4. A little more freedom to use my PC as I grow up (my mother still rules over me!)

So enjoy the photos and the two youtube videos posted below (browse my album for more) and do not...I say do not forget to leave some comments either good or bad, doesn't matter but please do leave some comments.

Well, before I setup my PC, I test ran it roughly and there I had to use an old CRT monitor and CRT monitors do not have any DVI port. So need to hook up a VGA converter. Now I uploaded my T220 pic and two windows screenshots. I will run Furmarks test soon and post the results here. My GPU will have to struggle I see...
