    Default Pendrive problem

so, the other day, when i plugged-in my pen drive in a laptop
i didn't browse the contents of the pen drive from 'Explore'
or 'Folder Options' i went directly inside(double clicking)
from then on, i can't access the pen drive
and i cannot even format it
says that Windows cannot format the disk
i've tried different PCs with different Anti viruses
but nothing works and btw, the laptop didn't have any update anti virus
since, most people uses pen drive
i thought ppl might run into this problem
and invent a solution to it
help would be of great help plzzz....

If you have warranty then just tell them to replace it.
You never fail until you give up...
