well ... i think the most toughest job in dota is the leadership cause this thing makes a lot of difference
a bad call might end up in a GG even if they have more items or high level ups dosent matter call is very important this is that makes a team leadership !!

If the leader does make a bad call, onno ra r chup chap boshe shunbena:S they will question his decisions if they feel its not right. But if 5 ppl thnk that decision is right or if the team leader is 2 bossy for others 2 question him, then i guess they deserve 2 loose lik that:D

I personally think it is support.
I also think that during a match, if the team raises a question against the leaders call, they will loose.

Support.im not sure whether gank is a role.
But carry is tough too.It was very hard for me whn th first time i took out the base level towers an racks while all my teammates were dying in a battle. And the amount of selfishness u need to hav is unbelievable.I still hvnt got th complete selfish skill a carry player needs to have.but i hv stopped trying to improve,my eagerness is zero at the moment, since it now seems childish to me to spend so many hours over a game.when reality ¤¤¤¤s you, dota cant help for too long.

ALL roles in dota is difficult, i guess a team shall be imba when all players play their individual roles properly. but if there is only one choice then i would say support. LIKE i do in my team i play supportive roles in my team.

every role is difficult say like
Carry - suppose your teammates are dying but you have to be selfish and save your ¤¤¤.that's difficult for good players to see
Support - sometimes you have to sacrifice yourself for carry hero eveb he made mistakes
Tank - sometimes you have to die just bcoz the engage was right and your other teammates were dumb or you have to protect the carry hero or support hero as you can
sooooooooo evry role is difficult you can't ignore anyone

i think tank is easy.u go in,u die,ur team wins.u go in, u run for ur life,ur teammates die.

Only relevant to BD DotA.
.....
Definitely support. And the people saying all roles are eqully difficult are probably clueless about Competitive DotA. Sorry guys. :(
You need to have all your senses active to succeed as a supporter; chances are that you are playing the most fragile hero; "ALL" your actions will determine how well your team does, hence if you make even a single mistake, your team will suffer in a big way because of it; you will not be able to farm freely so you'll be a little short of items, and you'll need your skills to carry you.
If anyone can contend this please speak up. :p

support is the toughiest and then the carry hero but you can't abhor the other roles.

Yes Supporting for sure... and by saying we have no idea about "Competitive DotA" its actually true but you can't do much because we don’t have any world class players.. one player who can make the difference.. Here in BD its more like luck mixed a long with skills.. where else I have seen replays that only one player made all the difference one a game and got his team home... Few of us here in BD have good skills but at the end of the day... Its kinda luck..

carry : easiest of all roles (i usually play carry / semi carry !) . eg . faceless , terror blade , troll etc
caster carry : in my opinion most important ... they can dominate both in early and late game ... not like a faceless tho :P . eg . akasha , rogue knight , skele , luna , shadow fiend etc
supporter : hardest (they are the sacrificial pigs) eg. lina , rhasta , enigma ... and whoever dies in the process
ps. tank is not a role

I used to also think this, up until a few months from now. Back in the 6.37-41 days, when people used to trilane and heroes did not get strong early, that's when a no-tank thing would actually be viable. But now, everyone rushes a Guinsoo, and that role of baiter/lurer is disappearing quickly.

True... Like I said bangladesh e emon player ekhono hoy nai je ekta shadow fiend niye guinsoo try korar shahosh rakhe.. samething over and over again.. no matter how much we play on GG client or whatever... the gaming level might be high bt the standard is still the same...

I disagree completely. Previously, only one or two players, kept themselves updated with the international scene. Very few watched replays and learned new tactics. Now, this is done in a collective whole. The level is steadily rising. We will be ready in time, don't worry. The last months have seen a massive rise in skill in BD.
You still need a tank. I was the one who used to say you don't need tanks, but now I say you do. I am not only talking about BD gaming. I am very well up-to-date with the international scene, and I am talking about the strategies the top teams, "SK", "MYM" & "VP", who are at least two fold better than Xcn and Ks, the two teams people idolize here. You need a tank, now. The DotA game is changed. with the Roshan changes and Bottle, and everything. The sole reason people didn't need tanks before was Aegis. Now, there is no aegis, YOU NEED A TANK. I am not just putting forward my hypothesis, we have tested at least 20-30 different strategies in the past two months and I am certain about what I say with hard, documented evidence. Please don't contend this, if you think you can play without a tank, show up at Assault with your team and play a game with one of the better teams without a tank and see whether you can keep yourself from crying. :p

Let me stress again....those of u who thinks that a role is THE MOST IMP...then you are wrong..if you think that this role is THE MOST DIFF...then you are wrong again...Each hero has a job in DotA..u can only win if all the 5 heroes play their role well....
But...being the support/support-tank is really the toughest..becaue it involves sacrfice..which no pro gamer wants to do...it is a mental aspect of the game that someone with a broader mind can come to terms with...

that is what i am telling that each role is important you can't ignore a tank
role saying that it isn't a role i will call you noob[sorry had to say no hard feelings] take a tank and then initiate a bad engage then you will understand........ or play atleast 100 match without tank and then post how many you won.If you win then you are the biggest pro player i will concede[no joking] being a tank isn't means that just taking damages a pro tanker also distract a battle to victory i am afraid that you don't know
