Deep Silver has something “huge” planned for PAX East according to a tweet from Aubrey Norris from the publisher. He tweeted:
Dear Media: You’re going to want to be at PAX East this year. If not, you’re going to be missing out on something HUGE. Just FYI!
PAX East event is going to held from March 22-24 in Boston. That is very possible that the game announcement coming at PAX East. Deep Silver bought the publishing right to Saints Row after THQ went bankrupt.
Moreover, Chris Stockman, who was designer on Saints Row 1 and is currently lead designer at Human Head tweeted that he heard the game is slated for current-gen consoles in August.
If Saints Row 4 can land on August, they can release the game one month ahead of their rival Rockstar's Grand Theft Auto 5.
