Pascal was an outlies to be honest. No competition from AMD, no MSRP reduction from Nvidia iirc, mining craze that lasted too long contributed to such long lifespan. Usually any given gen lasts 15 to 18 months. Plus it was Volta which was supposed to come after Pascal remember? Some are saying Volta had some issues so Nvidia scrapped it and...

UCC has the 2080 for 88,000. You may want to consider revising your prices.

If 2080 Ti was available in Bangladesh for 1000 USD aka 85000 Tk, then it would be worth buying here. Cause prices of GPU are always high as ¤¤¤¤ here. But we know if those previous gen card were 1000 USD here instead of 650$, then 2080 Ti would cost 127000 Tk here, or more. So RIP.

AFAIK all meet ups r in person in public places, I wouldn't worry too much about scams. Can't remember but I think there's a service where u can hire a company to pickup and ship the item for you. Google it.

Waiting for AMD shouldn't be a consideration at all because no matter what they come out with, it won't be even close to what Nvidia has right now. - - - Updated - - - That might end up being an awfully long wait. They've had Pascal for two years, they might have Turing for two as well. I'm still thinking about it. Would've gone for...

just made the jump from 780 to 1080 TI which handles ultra at 4K pretty well with 45-50ish fps which got me thinking about 2080 TI :/ . i can return this for 2080 TI within next 14 days by paying the difference. but 2080 TI is only 25% to 35% better than 1080 TI on average while costing double. And like many of you I'm not taking RTX into...

As salamu Alaikum ya'll. I have been wondering, after seeing so many freaking good deals on Craigslist USA, did anyone here buy from there? Through a friend or a relative or in any way? OR can anyone help me do that? I have some relative but I don't trust them having knowledge about this kinda issue. So....... *don't laugh plox*

Can't evaluate the 2080's worthiness yet without RTX benchmarks then. Gotta wait more Optimization needs more time, and all that blaa, you know. So the question really is, will the 2080 be able to bench 60fps++ on all RTX titles (most of which won't even be out till next year, and I sure as hell don't see the damn point of buying an RTX...

Disappointing. If a 2080 Ti can't manage locked 60 FPS on 1080p with only Only one ray traced feature+ everything else in rasterized, then what's the point? If it was something like a locked 1080p 60fps with ray traced lighting+shadow+ambient occlusion+reflection, then those high price would come close to being worthy. Which begs the...

The pricing maybe bad but you do have an architecture that is not used for building games as it's completely new. Once the newer games start taking advantage of the architecture, I think it's reasonable to expect a good performance bump.
